Imagination Library

The Imagination Library provides children under the age of 5 with a free book once a month. Each child can receive approximately 60 books before they turn 5. The Imagination Library helps families build their own libraries, encourages early literacy, and supports a life-long love of reading.

Together with the Dolly Parton Foundation, we purchase the books and send them to the children. Every donation made is matched dollar-to-dollar. Donate today and help children in our community discover the joy of reading!

Please write “Imagination Library” in the “Special instructions to the seller” memo line when donating online.

All children under 5-years-old are eligible for this program, no matter what the income level is. Once an opening is available, you will be notified that your child will begin receiving books in the mail. Your child will automatically be graduated from the program when they turn 5-years-old.
